We have a chat, put together a proposal, and get to work. Some clients want a fixed project, others keep us on retainer. Either way, you get a clear scope and cost before anything starts.
Both. We can deliver a project and walk away, or stick around on a retainer. Most clients start with a project and keep us around for ongoing work.
Essex. Most of our work is remote, so we work with clients across the world. If you need us in person, we will travel.
Depends on the work. We do day rates and fixed project fees. You always get a clear number before anything starts. Get in touch and we will quote you.
AWS is where we are strongest. We also have experience with Azure, GCP, and smaller providers like Vultr, DigitalOcean, and Oracle Cloud. If you are running your own private cloud on OpenStack, we have done that too. Whatever you are on, we can probably work with it.
We have hands-on experience across vanilla Kubernetes, OpenShift, K3s, and Talos. The platform matters less than the fundamentals, so if you are running something we have not listed, chances are we can pick it up quickly.
Plenty of both. A lot of our work is improving things that already exist. We are just as happy reviewing your architecture as building something new.
It is baked into everything we build. Least-privilege access, encryption, infrastructure as code for auditability. If you have compliance requirements like SOC 2 or ISO 27001, we have worked within those before.
